Cancellation period
Products ordered online have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act unless otherwise stated in the product information.
Notification
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and inform them of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products.
Products
All or only some of the products on order are refundable. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from defects. The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product in whole or in part if the products have been used, have made mistakes, the original packaging has been lost, or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.
Refund of payment
The payment will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid. For example, when paying with a card, the refund amount is credited to the card. If this does not work, another way will be agreed to refund the payment.
Delivery costs will be refunded according to the most favorable delivery method.
